Arms aching all over after lifting some irons yesterday.

I have lost some of my faith for DGDD.
Part of the faith i was driven upon didn't come from myself.
Can i still keep this up?
I have to put on this fight with a leap of faith, looking forward to doing better.

Nearly a year has past, time to face year two.
